Privacy Policy

This policy explains how FUSSEC Services LLC (“Fusion Security”, “we”, “us”) handles personal information when you visit fusion-security.com or contact us. Our mobile apps and SaaS products may publish their own privacy policies, which apply to those products.

Who is responsible

What we collect on this website

Very little. This website:

• uses no cookies, no analytics and no advertising or tracking tools;
• loads no third‑party scripts or fonts, so your browser only talks to our server;
• does not keep access logs containing visitors’ IP addresses.

To deliver the pages, our server necessarily processes technical data such as your IP address and browser type for the duration of the request. This data is not stored or used to identify you.

When you email us

If you write to us, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and the content of your message. We use this information only to reply and, if we work together, to manage our business relationship. We do not sell it, rent it or use it for unsolicited marketing.

We keep correspondence for as long as needed to answer you and, for clients, for the period required by accounting and legal obligations. Correspondence that does not lead to a business relationship is deleted within three years.

Service providers

We rely on a small number of providers to run this website and our email:

• Contabo GmbH (Germany) hosts the website on servers located in the European Union.
• OVHcloud (France) provides our domain name and email service.

These providers process data on our behalf and only for these purposes.

Legal basis (EU and UK visitors)

Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we process the data you send us on the basis of our legitimate interest in answering your request, or to take steps at your request before entering into a contract.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, including under the GDPR and the California Consumer Privacy Act, you may have the right to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, to object to or restrict its processing, and to receive a copy of it. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@fusion-security.com. We will answer within 30 days. EU residents may also lodge a complaint with their local data protection authority.

Security

The website is served exclusively over HTTPS with modern TLS and strict security headers. Access to our systems is restricted to the people who need it.

Children

This website is intended for businesses and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.
